Analytical and Separation Center
We provide extensive analytical services for both biomaterials including proteins, genes, cells, and chemical compounds. In addition, we provide separation and purification services from lab, kilo-pilot and full production scale via silica gel, hydrophobic and ionic (anionic, cationic) resins.
The center has a number of state of the art analytical equipment including 400MHz NMR with an auto sampler, ELSD-HPLS, GC, fluorescent microscopes, etc. The center has also a number of separation systems to meet the need from lab to production scale, including: nano- and ultrafiltration systems, column chromatography (size exclusion, ion exchange, reverse chromatography), high-pressure separation systems (Biotage), protein purification systems (Akta, ion-exchange, gel filtration, affinity chromatography), freeze drying and spray drying systems.
